With over three decades of expertise, Keoki has masterfully guided organizations of all sizes and dozens of different industries— from small departments to expansive enterprises with over 500 employees. Having served on the Board of Directors or in the Executive C-Suite of more than 50 for-profit companies and many non-profit entities— as well as serving his clients in various other capacities— his exceptional cross-line and cross-department working skills create massive buy-in even from divisions not under his control, which works to drive transformational growth and strategic success.

That unique ability has been invaluable in developing and nurturing critical relationships with community groups, trade organizations, business entities, government bodies, and intergovernmental entities, propelling projects to successful completion while maintaining positive and productive relationships in such a way that not only do his clients love him for the lightning-fast and extremely comprehensive and huge improvements— but they also like him as a person. Love of Learning

Keoki obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) in Finance (with a minor in Italian) from the University of Utah. He graduated from the United States Army Intelligence Center and School, 2nd in his class, as an interrogator (Bulgarian). He attended the Washington Institute for Graduate Studies to complete the coursework for a Master of Laws degree (LL.M) in Taxation. He obtained a Juris Doctor degree (JD) in law from Taft Law School. He received a Doctor of Philosophy degree (Ph.D) with Distinction in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and an emphasis in Accounting from Capella University— graduating on the President’s List with a cumulative 4.0-grade point average. He is a Presidential Member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (Sigma Alpha Pi) and a member of the Xi Delta Chapter of the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business.

Giving Back

Keoki also volunteers his services to associations and local communities. He served on the Oahu Visitors Bureau Public Relations Committee, the Business Development Committee for the State of Utah, the Committee on International Business Law in its Subcommittee on International Banking and Finance of the American Bar Association, on the Board of Directors of the Ko’olauloa Educational Alliance Corporation (non-profit), on the Board of Directors of North Oahu Hometown Opportunities Inc (non-profit), and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mountain America Credit Union (non-profit), where he oversaw the merger of the Salt Lake Telephone Employees Credit Union and the Postal Workers Credit Union, creating Mountain America Credit Union, now the 15th largest credit union in the United States, with $5.7 billion in assets.

Current Passion

Keoki is currently launching a digital compilation of all of his record-breaking business-expansion methods— with a focus on the discovery of hidden revenue streams, which every business has— in order to make a positive and lasting impact on Business Owners and CEOs affected by the shutdowns, supply chain issues, gas prices, inflation, and all of the other issues they face now and on into the future by allowing them to gain access to the advantages only his in-person clients have had up until now.
