Keoki Wallace is a skilled business turnaround expert and a dynamic and charismatic leader with extensive experience in transformational leadership of small departments to large organizations of 500+ employees— having served on the Board of Directors or in the Executive C-Suite of more than 50 for-profit companies. His exceptional cross-line and cross-department working skills create massive buy-in even from divisions not under his control.

He excels in developing and fostering critical personal relationships with community groups, trade groups, business organizations, government entities, and intergovernmental entities that push projects forward to completion— and knows how to still be liked by those he works with while doing so. Keoki is passionate and skilled in verbal, written, and digital communications— including understanding, communicating, and working with diverse cultures and languages.

Keoki obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) in Finance (with a minor in Italian) from the University of Utah. He graduated from the United States Army Intelligence Center and School, 2nd in his class, as an interrogator (Bulgarian). He attended the Washington Institute for Graduate Studies to complete the coursework for a Master of Laws degree (LL.M) in Taxation. He obtained a Juris Doctor degree (JD) in law from Taft Law School. He received a Doctor of Philosophy degree (Ph.D) with Distinction in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and an emphasis in Accounting from Capella University— graduating on the President’s List with a cumulative 4.0-grade point average. He is a Presidential Member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (Sigma Alpha Pi) and a member of the Xi Delta Chapter of the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business.

Keoki also volunteers his services to associations and local communities. He served on the Oahu Visitors Bureau Public Relations Committee, the Business Development Committee for the State of Utah, the Committee on International Business Law in its Subcommittee on International Banking and Finance of the American Bar Association, on the Board of Directors of the Ko’olauloa Educational Alliance Corporation (non-profit), on the Board of Directors of North Oahu Hometown Opportunities Inc (non-profit), and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mountain America Credit Union (non-profit), where he oversaw the merger of the Salt Lake Telephone Employees Credit Union and the Postal Workers Credit Union, creating Mountain America Credit Union, now the 15th largest credit union in the United States, with $5.7 billion in assets.

Keoki’s awards and honors include Eagle Scout, Sterling Scholar, Honorable Discharge United States Army, Outstanding Young Men of America, Who’s Who Worldwide, Chamber of Commerce Man of the Year, Hawaii’s 5th Film Commissioner (honorary), Manager of the Year, and Lawyers of Distinction— among many other awards and honors not listed here.

Keoki is currently releasing a digital compilation of all of his record-breaking business-expansion methods— with a focus on the discovery of hidden revenue streams, which every business has— in order to make a positive and lasting impact on business owners and CEOs affected by the shutdowns of 2020.
